Update: Nope, failed miserably. Probably right after I went to sleep

Whoever said giant rectangle is closest. I’m trying to make the bottom half of a battery box

I’m about to let it run overnight for the first time. The estimated print time was over 15 hours. Any guesses?

One of two things will happen

1. the printer will catch on fire and burn your house down.

2. the printer will run out of ink/paper/self destruct 2 seconds after you fall to sleep and you won’t notice until the morning.

If it was me it would be an “acquired” factory service manual. I did that at an old job once. It took a while.

I'd be willing to bet it's for your rally car. What kind of 3D printer is it? That has a large effect on the quality.

Almost looks like the stepper driver for the extruder hung up and it just kept pumping out plastic with total disregard of where the nozzle was or how much it was suppose to be extruding.

I think it may have gotten partially jammed, moved too far away, they broken through and kept extruding
